Ballroom Studio Player FAQ

Problem
I am getting following error when i try to play music: "Unsupported Audio Exception. Could not get Audio from URL..."

Symptoms:
This eror occurs when java mp3 plugin files are missing in Runtime Environment.
Since this files are automatically installed during Ballroom Studio Player installation,
this error indicates, that you might have more then one JRE installed.

Solution:
Please follow this instructions:
1.Uninstall all versions of Java through the Control Panel

  • For Windows 2000/XP Users:

    • Go to:
    Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs
    Select JRE listed and remove them one by one

  • For Windows Vista Users:

    • Go to: Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Programs and Features
    Select JRE listed and remove them one by one

    2.Uninstall Ballroom Studio Player.
    3.Reinstall java( follow instruction on BSP Installation page.)
    4.Reinstall Ballroom Studio Player
